  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    It's a lot easier than you may think. We've tried to keep everything as simple as we can. You can take the easy option and select one of our ready designed gates in our Gate Shop Or, if you're feeling confident, head on over to our 'Build a Gate' page where you can follow the steps to make it more bespoke. Please ensure all steps are completed (unless stated), otherwise your order will not be processed. We will have to contact you for further information. Please make sure you enter your contact number at checkout incase we have to contact you.
  • WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
    Currently, we only ship to locations across the United Kingdom.
  • HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
    Free UK delivery on orders over £300. Orders Under £300 in the UK, there is a £29.95 delivery charge.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
    Dispatch of your gate will take around 6-8 weeks, so please take that into consideration for when you need your gate. Please expect delays during busy periods. If we are in high demand, we can up to 16 weeks. Please remember that each gate is made bespoke for each individuals needs. We do try and deliver as soon as we can, but we much prefer quality over quantity.
  • WILL THE GATE RUIN MY WALLS?
    As the gates need to be secured with wall plugs, they will leave 4 holes in your wall. However, they can easily be filled, sanded and painted. As our gates can be heavy, they will need the proper support.
  • HOW EASY ARE THE GATES TO INSTALL?
    When we make our gates, we complete everything apart from the installation. Your gate will come with all the predrilled holes, fixtures, fittings, screws and plugs. It would only be a case of drilling 4 holes and attaching the support to the wall. After that, its just a case of hanging the gate and attaching the lock. The gates will also come with instructions, to help. Even then, if you're still findind it a challenge, then please get in touch.
  • DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?
    Yes, and no. We do offer installation, but only within our local areas. We cover the majority of Essex. For more info on our local areas, please head over to our Installation page. Installation is an separate service and is £50 for one gate and £30 for each extra gate. We only take payment for this at your address once the installation is complete.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND POLICIES?
    As our gates our made bespoke, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Refunds are only given under special circumstances, and every decision is made at our discretion. If your gate has been damaged during transit, then contact us. You will need to email us with photo evidence and as much info as you can. We will contact you to let you know the outcome. Unfortunately, if your gates are damaged during transit, we don't guarantee refunds or replacements.
